Step 3: Secure Your Wallet

When you create a new wallet, you'll receive a recovery phrase (12-24 words). This is crucial:

• Write it down on paper (never store digitally)
• Keep it in a safe place
• Never share it with anyone
• This phrase is the ONLY way to recover your funds if you lose access

Step 4: Receive Bitcoin Cash

Your wallet will generate a receiving address (starts with "bitcoincash:" or "q"). Share this address to receive BCH payments. Each transaction generates a new address for privacy.
